What to expect

After a gruelling three years of professional dance training and work in the musical theatre industry, I’ve rediscovered the joy of moving to feel good. No comparison, no competing for the job, just dancing because it’s great for the soul.

My dancercise classes are a safe space where you’re encouraged to lose all inhibitions and strip exercise back to its purest form—dancing like no one is watching. The classes involve plenty of silliness, sweating, sensational playlists (if I do say so myself), and so much heart.

I’ve been teaching this class at Riverside Studios for nearly three years now. I’m sold out almost every week, which is firstly incredibly flattering, and secondly, a testament to dance being such a joyful form of exercise.
